Returns & exchanges

Returns or exchanges are available to all customers and cover all products offered in our store, subject to the terms on this page.

Items must be in their original condition and original packaging.

Returns must be requested within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the purchase date.

Contact us through the Contact page or our telephone numbers to request a return or exchange.

For a damaged or defective product, or one that does not conform to the agreement, send photographs and specify the city, address and order number so that a replacement can be arranged.

A full refund is provided if the item received is completely different from the item displayed on the website.

We are not responsible for expectations about product uses that are not described on the product page.

If the customer no longer wants an item that has no stated defect or problem, a deduction of 30%, or a minimum of 25 Moroccan dirhams, applies.
